  • Manage multiple mechanical fabrication and manufacturing projects from design through final delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with Mechanical Engineers and CAD Designers to ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate daily with fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and production teams to keep projects on schedule.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead customer meetings, design reviews, and project status updates.
  • Maintain clear communication between engineering, production, purchasing, and customers.
  • Support quality control, documentation, inspections, and successful project completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments
  • Experience managing custom fabrication or mechanical manufacturing projects
  • CAD experience required (SolidWorks preferred; experience with other CAD software is welcomed)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with metal fabrication, structural steel, or custom manufacturing
  • Knowledge of welding, machining, assembly, or industrial fabrication processes
  • Experience working with production teams and manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and ERP/MRP systems Ideal Candidate You'll be successful in this role if you are:
