Full-time, stable employment What You'll Do
Manage multiple mechanical fabrication and manufacturing projects from design through final delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with Mechanical Engineers and CAD Designers to ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and meet customer requirements.
Coordinate daily with fabrication, welding, machining, assembly, and production teams to keep projects on schedule.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and material procurement.
Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
Lead customer meetings, design reviews, and project status updates.
Maintain clear communication between engineering, production, purchasing, and customers.
Support quality control, documentation, inspections, and successful project completion.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
3+ years of Project Management experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environments
Experience managing custom fabrication or mechanical manufacturing projects
CAD experience required (SolidWorks preferred; experience with other CAD software is welcomed)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving and time-management abilities Preferred Qualifications
Experience with metal fabrication, structural steel, or custom manufacturing
Knowledge of welding, machining, assembly, or industrial fabrication processes
Experience working with production teams and manufacturing operations
Familiarity with project scheduling, budgeting, and ERP/MRP systems Ideal Candidate You'll be successful in this role if you are:
