Job Description

About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Industrial Equipment Specialist to ensure our production environment operates at peak efficiency. You will play a vital role in maximizing equipment uptime and reliability by applying your expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to resolve complex technical challenges. Responsibilities Execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to extend the lifespan of critical production assets. Analyze and resolve malfunctions in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems to restore operational flow rapidly. Optimize production throughput by performing precise repairs on motors, conveyors, pumps, and automated machinery. Interpret complex technical schematics and blueprints to facilitate accurate installations and system modifications. Drive operational excellence by documenting all service activities and equipment history within our CMMS platform. Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements to plant infrastructure. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing setting. Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diverse mechanical and electrical systems. Strong technical aptitude for working with industrial automation, gearboxes, and high-capacity pumps. Ability to read and translate technical documentation, electrical diagrams, and assembly blueprints. Preferred Skills Formal vocational training or certification in Mechatronics or Industrial Maintenance. Prior experience utilizing CMMS software for work order management and inventory tracking. Proven track record of participating in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing initiatives.
