About the Role We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our production team, focusing on the precise construction of complex industrial equipment. You will leverage your mechanical expertise to execute multi-step builds, ensuring every unit meets rigorous performance and quality standards. Responsibilities Execute the end-to-end assembly of complex mechanical systems, including hydraulic components and structural sub-assemblies. Apply precise torque specifications and mechanical fastening techniques to ensure the structural integrity of every build. Interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and standardized work instructions to guide assembly processes. Contribute to the efficiency of the production line by maintaining a steady workflow from initial component staging to final quality verification. Proactively identify and document mechanical discrepancies or component defects to uphold high manufacturing standards. Maintain a high-functioning, organized workspace that prioritizes safety and operational excellence. Handle and position heavy components weighing up to 50 lbs with proper ergonomic techniques. Required Skills Proven mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in technical assembly or equipment repair. Proficiency in the use of specialized hand tools, precision torque equipment, and pneumatic systems. Strong ability to follow complex, multi-step technical documentation and assembly diagrams. Demonstrated commitment to quality control and meticulous attention to detail. Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced production setting. Preferred Skills Background in automotive, agricultural, or industrial machinery maintenance. Experience with hydraulic system integration and troubleshooting. Foundational knowledge of industrial electrical components and wiring. Completion of vocational or technical training in a mechanical field.
