1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift TempsPlus is hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Mechanics for a manufacturing facility in Murray, KY. We are seeking experienced candidates with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to maintain, repair, and improve production equipment. Multiple shifts are available with pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience. Job Responsibilities As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will help keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities may include:

Performing preventive and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnosing equipment failures and completing necessary repairs Repairing and maintaining production machinery, conveyors, motors, sensors, switches, and related equipment Assisting with PLC troubleshooting and basic controls diagnostics Reading blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals Replacing worn or damaged parts and components Conducting inspections and identifying potential issues before equipment breakdowns occur Assisting with machinery installations, modifications, and equipment upgrades Using hand tools, power tools, testing devices, and diagnostic equipment Collaborating with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain productivity Maintaining accurate maintenance records when required Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area Required Qualifications Previous industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or maintenance mechanic experience Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment Ability to safely use hand and power tools Ability to work independently and in a team environment Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods High school diploma or GED preferred Preferred Experience We are especially interested in candidates with experience in: Industrial maintenance Manufacturing maintenance Maintenance mechanic work Mechanical maintenance and repair Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting Hydraulics and pneumatics PLC troubleshooting Conveyor systems Production equipment maintenance Machine repair Industrial machinery repair Preventive maintenance programs Welding or fabrication You do not need experience in every area listed above. Candidates with solid industrial maintenance experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
