Job Description

We are recruiting for an Electromechanical Assembly Technician for a well-established manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This is a hands-on position involving electrical assembly, PCB soldering, inspection, and basic machining. Responsibilities Assemble electrical components using engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions. Hand-solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs). Inspect completed PCBs and assemblies for defects and quality. Use soldering irons, microscopes, magnifying equipment, tweezers, and other assembly tools. Perform basic machining using lathes, end mills, drill presses, and related equipment. Troubleshoot assembly issues and assist with resolving production problems. Maintain accurate records of assembly work and materials used. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow established quality and safety procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous electrical or electronic assembly experience Hands-on soldering experience and familiarity with PCBs Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions. Strong math skills and ability to work with imperial and metric measurements. Familiarity with electronic components and basic troubleshooting. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic machining experience is preferred.
Pay:
$25-$30/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
