  • Industrial Manufacturing We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support production equipment and facility systems within a busy manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on industrial maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, identifying root causes, and keeping manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. Respond to emergency and unscheduled equipment breakdowns. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Rebuild and repair pumps, cylinders, valves, blowers, and related components. Troubleshoot motors, motor starters, relays, fuses, drives, control wiring, and other electrical components. Diagnose equipment problems involving PLC-controlled machinery, VFDs, and motor controllers. Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, work orders, and technical documentation. Support CNC machining, metal-forming, heat-treating, and automated manufacturing equipment. Perform basic fabrication and welding as needed. Work with brakes, shears, grinders, welders, and other fabrication equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot facility systems including air compressors, electrical distribution, plumbing, and HVAC. Assist with the development and maintenance of preventive maintenance procedures and SOPs. Document maintenance activity using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Follow OSHA requirements and company safety procedures. Support
ISO 9001
2015 quality and compliance requirements. Participate in scheduled on-call coverage for emergency maintenance situations. Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Trade school certificate or technical training strongly preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience. Experience rebuilding pumps, cylinders, valves, or similar industrial components. Electrical troubleshooting experience including motors, relays, starters, drives, fuses, and control wiring. Working knowledge of PLCs and VFDs . Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation. Experience working with industrial production equipment. Preferred Experience Experience maintaining equipment used in one or more of the following environments is highly desirable: Metal forming Stamping CNC machining Heat treating Automated manufacturing Material handling systems Cranes and forklifts Fabrication and welding Knowledge of building systems including compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution is also helpful.
