Real Alloy:
you arrive, gear up, review safe work plans, and dive into a mix of new machine installs and hands-on diagnostics. By midday you've isolated an electrical fault, replaced a component, verified lockout/tagout, and brought a critical system back online. Before clocking out, you complete a machine safety inspection and document work so the next shift is set up for success. Multiple shifts are available, and your work has a visible impact from day one. Why You'll Want To Be Here Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits Retention bonuses that reward your commitment Growth opportunities as you expand your skill set What You'll Do Install new equipment and bring it up to spec, including alignment, calibration, and start-up checks Troubleshoot and repair production machinery—both mechanical and electrical—to minimize downtime Perform equipment diagnostics, from basic checks to deeper root-cause analysis Execute safe work practices every time, including strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Conduct machine safety inspections and document corrective actions What You Bring At least 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment Ability to operate power equipment and follow detailed work instructions and procedures Curiosity to learn and a commitment to working safely; PLC exposure is a plus (you'll gain more on the job) A team-first mindset, with the confidence to work independently and complete assigned tasks Your Core Strengths Heavy equipment repair and precision mechanical work Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Maintenance and repair techniques that keep assets reliable Equipment diagnostics and problem resolution Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and strong safety habits Equipment installation and wiring, as well as broader equipment installation projects Machine safety inspections and documentation Real Alloy is ready to welcome you.
