Come realize your full potential and join our team! Our Team The Plant Engineering department consists of a team of several new engineers of varying engineering disciplines. Team members will work with refinery engineers, technicians, operators, and other personnel to help the facility safely operate and maintain its mechanical assets. Our Rotational Program Engineers progress through discipline-based rotations supporting the different refinery units and mechanical systems onsite. Anticipated timeframe within the Plant Engineering group is roughly one (1) year with rotations in maintenance and asset management. Each rotation builds technical capability, operational knowledge, and increasing ownership, preparing engineers for long-term growth in asset management, reliability, or project roles. • Lead projects as scope and experience grow to enhance asset performance.
• Support operations and maintenance technicians' skill development.
• Provide technical support as required for Turnaround activities in assigned areas
