$35.00 - $45.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure seamless production operations. Your expertise will help optimize machinery performance, reduce downtime, and uphold safety standards across the plant. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical components. Troubleshoot complex issues using schematics, technical manuals, and analysis skills to identify root causes quickly. Operate and calibrate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to ensure equipment accuracy. Maintain and update maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and asset histories. Collaborate with team members and technical sales personnel to support customer service initiatives and ensure client satisfaction. Skills Extensive experience working within a manufacturing facility environment with a solid understanding of troubleshooting and maintenance practices. Proficiency with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting automated systems. Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, hydraulic circuits, and auxiliary systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and system diagrams accurately. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping. Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems as well as high voltage safety procedures. Experience operating diagnostic tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other precision measuring instruments. Excellent analysis skills combined with a strong focus on safety protocols in an industrial setting. Effective communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Background in industrial electrician work or industrial mechanic experience is highly desirable.
Pay:
$30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 - 60.0 per week
