Job Title:
Production & Quality Liaison Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented Specialist to manage products through a multi-step production process while serving as the primary point of contact for our customers' Quality Departments.
Job Overview Role Summary:
You will oversee product workflow from Machining to final inspection, ensuring absolute compliance with technical specifications.
Core Mission:
Bridge the gap between our internal production line and external customer quality team to guarantee seamless delivery. Ensure microscopic dimensional compliance and perfect document traceability to meet stringent AS9100D (Aerospace) standards.
Key Responsibilities Process Tracking:
Guide the quality process for fuel jets through the complete manufacturing lifecycle, including precision Machining, Cleaning Process, flow-rate calibration.
Quality Documentation:
Compile, verify, and organize material test reports, inspection logs, and certificates of conformance.
Customer Interface:
Act as the direct, daily contact for customer Quality Assurance (QA) managers and technical inspectors.
Non-Conformance Management:
Initiate internal hold actions for Fuel Jet flow tolerance deviations. Communicating issues transparently with customer QA teams. Write Corrective Action Requests (CAR) if required by the customers quality engineers and personnel.
Joint Auditing:
Coordinate and host virtual or in-person product inspections and process audits with customer representatives.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Experience in high-precision manufacturing, ideally within AS9100 aerospace environments.
Technical Mastery:
Proven ability to read and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) symbols and micro-inch blueprints.
Equipment Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Optical comparators, gages and vision inspection systems
Communication:
Highly articulate in technical writing to clearly explain Flow and quality deviations to external quality and engineering teams.
Systems Knowledge:
Competency with manufacturing and standard Quality Management Systems (QMS). •Attendance reliability is critical; the job requires a person to take ownership in the delivery cycle. The customers' assembly lines demand this from us. •Pay DOE and will be discussed in interview process •
