In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Your expertise will help keep production running smoothly, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards across the facility. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems, including high voltage and low voltage components. Conduct welding , hydraulic repairs, and use field service techniques to restore equipment functionality. Operate various tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and scissor lifts to facilitate maintenance tasks safely. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to identify faults accurately. Collaborate with technical sales teams and customer service to support installation projects or field service requests when needed. Requirements Proven industrial mechanic experience within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in hydraulics, HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), and industrial electrician experience. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, schematics, and analysis skills. Ability to work with precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters; experience with high voltage and low voltage systems is essential. Skilled in welding techniques including welding; experience in HVAC/R systems is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to perform maintenance tasks using field service methods in a manufacturing setting. Excellent communication skills in English; ability to read technical manuals and schematics clearly. Knowledge of industrial maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and the use of mechanical tools such as scissors lifts. Experience working with military standards or in environments requiring strict compliance is a plus.
