Keep our facilities running at their best through preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, car wash equipment, and building systems.
Diagnose and solve electrical issues using schematics, meters, and your troubleshooting expertise.
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot PLCs, electrical panels, motors, controls, and wiring.
Put your hands-on skills to work with welding, fabrication, and equipment installations.
Take part in facility upgrades, equipment improvements, and renovation projects that have a visible impact on operations.
Respond to challenges, identify root causes, and implement lasting solutions that improves reliability and performance.
Use your self-starter mindset with the ability to prioritize work, adapt to changing demands, and follow projects through to completion.
Work closely with coworkers, supervisors, and administration to support operations across multiple locations. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
