Full-time, direct hire PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment and facility systems. This hands-on position combines mechanical, electrical and electronic troubleshooting and is ideal for someone who is safety-focused, analytical and comfortable responding to equipment problems in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment problems. Troubleshoot PLC controls, relay logic, analog and digital components. Repair and maintain motors, mechanical drives, pneumatics, hydraulics and compressed-air systems. Use meters and other diagnostic tools to locate faults and verify repairs. Repair or replace defective components, reassemble equipment and confirm safe operation. Read blueprints, wiring diagrams and electronic schematics. Document repairs, maintenance activity and parts requirements. Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve equipment issues. Requirements High school diploma or GED. At least three years of industrial maintenance or electronics mechanic experience in a manufacturing environment. Electronics technician certification required. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including PLC-controlled equipment. Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics. Basic computer skills, including email, documents and spreadsheets. Availability to work an afternoon/second-shift schedule. Safety-conscious, dependable and team-oriented.
