Pettit Staffing is recruiting for Industrial Mechanic/ Maintenance Technicians to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Gervais, Or area. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity offering a comprehensive benefits package upon direct hire. 40+ hours & Overtime. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and machinery. Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Repair and replace mechanical components as needed. Follow safety, GMP, and USDA guidelines. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, automotive, HVAC, welding, fabrication, farm equipment, or heavy equipment repair. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment and work independently. Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
