MECHANCIAL ENGINEER

(MANUFACTURING) to support our flagship manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters located at 400 ARDEX Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001. Candidates must reside in a commutable distance from this location. This is an ideal opportunity for an engineer who enjoys spending time on the plant floor, solving real-world equipment and process challenges, and seeing the results of their work firsthand. Experience and Skills:

What You'll Bring We're looking for a practical, mechanically inclined engineer who enjoys solving problems, collaborating with others, and continuously improving manufacturing operations. Three or more years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, or technical operations environment Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with experience working around industrial equipment Excellent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills Experience managing projects and balancing multiple priorities Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments Sound judgment, initiative, and a practical problem-solving approach Exemplifies ARDEX Values; Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
