Schedule:
Monday through Friday, starting at 4:30 PM, 10-12 hour shifts typically. We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician/Repair Specialist for a key role open in our facility near Waynesboro/Greencastle, PA. This is an industrial generalist role, and we are looking for well rounded tech for each shift, to maintain and repair machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and preventative maintenance techniques. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to resolve operational problems promptly. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities. Repair and maintain building facilities and related systems to ensure a safe working environment. Perform motor and boiler repairs as needed to maintain operational standards. Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and standards to enhance equipment performance. Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment needs and provide timely support. Qualifications Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair techniques. Familiarity with CMMS and preventive maintenance practices. Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and equipment malfunctions. Any additional Facilities/Building Hands-on experience with HVAC, motor, and boiler maintenance and repair is a plus, but the CORE of the role will be working on
INDUSTRIAL
equipment. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Relevant certifications in industrial maintenance or electrical/mechanical repair preferred.
