Job:

We're a small, family-owned fishing boat manufacturer looking for a hands-on Assembly Technician. This is not entry-level — you should be comfortable with wiring, mechanical installs, and working with tools every day. You'll be rigging and assembling boats — everything from electrical systems to mechanical components — making sure each boat is water-ready.

What You'll Be Doing:

Install and wire electrical systems (lights, pumps, switches, batteries, electronics) Install mechanical components (steering systems, controls, fuel systems, etc.) Read and follow wiring diagrams and build specs Troubleshoot and fix electrical or mechanical issues Rigging and final assembly of boats before they go to QC Test systems to make sure everything works properly Work with the QC team to address any issues

What We're Looking For:

Experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly (marine, automotive, or similar) Ability to read wiring diagrams and use basic test equipment Comfortable using hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills — able to figure things out without constant direction Good attention to detail — clean installs matter Shows up every day and works hard Bonus if

You Have:

Marine industry experience 12V/24V electrical experience Experience rigging boats
