Your Core Responsibilities Assist general railcar repair operations and maintain the car rail shop. Handle materials to support ongoing repairs. Use shop machinery and mechanical hand tools. Perform basic cutting, welding, and limited supervised welds while learning stick welding fundamentals. Remove/replace uncoupling levers and brake levers; remove/dismantle couplers. Assist with car jacking and supervised railcar truck repairs. Remove and update AEI tags.
