If you love keeping high-speed lines dialed in and take pride in safe, reliable, efficient production, this role is for you. Together, we aim to bake the best garlic bread in the industry—batch after batch—through innovation, precision, and teamwork. What You Will Do Run and monitor high-speed packaging and production equipment to achieve daily targets. Complete setups, changeovers, and fine-tuning to maintain throughput and quality. Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues; clean, lubricate, inspect, and perform basic repairs. Support preventive maintenance and escalate complex repairs to Maintenance. Collaborate with the Packaging Lead and Maintenance Team to enhance line performance. Follow OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP; engage in safety programs and hazard reporting. Record downtime, repairs, and performance in CMMS (EAM); report throughput, material use, and waste.

Operational Reliability:

Anticipate issues and drive improvements. What You Bring 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment (high-speed packaging preferred). Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and repairs. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities. Comfort with high-speed equipment and basic maintenance tools. CMMS (EAM) experience preferred. High School diploma or GED; technical certification a plus. Proficient in English (written and verbal).
