Ability to communicate successfully and respectfully with senior citizens is required. You will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are maintained and functional. Being a reliable team player is the first step to being considered for this position. The ideal candidate will have basic technical knowledge of electrical plumbing and HVAC systems,You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Starting pay will be based on experience. Responsibilities Perform minor duties such as repairing broken locks, drywall repair , painting etc. the understanding of electrical wiring to identify issues is needed Install appliances and equipment Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and fixtures Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems Prep apartments for move in needs and maintain occupied apartments Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations when required Report to a facility or maintenance manager for issues Pool cleaning and upkeep Raise after 90 days
