Job Description

The Maintenance Personnel are responsible for completing tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager for all mechanical assets of the Resort, assuring they are in optimal working order to serve the resort's day-to-day operations. The Maintenance Personnel reports to the Maintenance Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in the maintenance of resort buildings, equipment, and grounds, so they are in good, safe condition and ready for use by owners and guests.

Help maintain up-to-date maintenance records, inventories, and safety check records. General maintenance and self starter.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Possess skills in the following trade areas: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and welding.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills that promote a teamwork environment.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and address issues with smart accurate decisions.
Must pass a background check. Desired Skills
Certified Pool Operator
Ability to operate a backhoe and other machinery as needed Previous experience with pool maintenance
