Job Description

Position Summary:

Northcrest MHP and Pine Grove MHP are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. These two properties are within less than a half mile from each other. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our mobile home community. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a broad range of maintenance skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on park infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, utility systems, and vacant lots. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls. Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of general maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other systems. Ability to operate hand and power tools safely. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a mobile home/RV park or similar residential setting. Landscaping Pool & Spa Maintenance Electrical Plumbing Irrigation Tree trimming Fencing Janitorial Other skills such as flooring , painting , carpentry are a plus
