MAINTENANCE WORKER I - KETTLEMAN CITY

Plus Benefits Package Definition:

Under direction to perform semi- skilled maintenance and repair work on buildings and grounds; to assist in more highly skilled maintenance projects; and to do other work as required. (Mon-Thurs 7-430pm, Fri 8am-12pm)

Education/Experience:

High school education - completion of twelfth grade, or its equivalent. Three (3) years of experience in construction or maintenance in buildings, or work involving duties.

Ability to:

Acquire skill quickly in work requiring mechanical ability; drive automotive equipment safely and in accordance with traffic laws; follow oral and written instructions; establish cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Driver's license and regular attendance is required.
