Job Description

About the Role We're looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance worker to help keep our facility running and looking sharp through the season. This is physical, varied work — one day you're fixing a leaky faucet, the next you're running a mower or helping set up for an event. If you like staying busy, learning new skills, and taking pride in a well-kept property, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform general repairs and troubleshooting across the property (plumbing, electrical, basic building maintenance) Maintain grounds and landscaping — mowing, trimming, general upkeep Set up and break down for events; assist customers and vendors on-site Operate and maintain equipment (forklifts, tractors, hand tools) Keep the interior and exterior of the facility clean and presentable at all times Complete basic written reports (e.g., vehicle safety checks) What We're Looking For 2+ years of related maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience Valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors, including in heat and varied weather Able to walk, climb, dig, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly; push/pull equipment as needed Basic math skills and clear written/verbal communication Able to follow instructions and stay focused with minimal supervision Comfortable using hand tools; willing to get certified on equipment like forklifts/tractors if not already Schedule Typically between 15 - 30 hours/week, with some weeks up to 60 depending on event and fair schedules.
