What we are hiring for:

What You'll Do:
Assist the Maintenance Manager with repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance of the building, equipment, and grounds. Support apartment turnover by painting, cleaning carpets, and completing minor repairs to ensure units are move-in ready. Respond to maintenance requests and resident concerns promptly, professionally, and with a focus on satisfaction and safety. Perform routine tasks including trash management, safety checks, common area cleaning, and equipment maintenance. Collaborate with other departments for event setups, move-ins/outs, and marketing needs while upholding community standards. Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices. Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements At least six months of relevant education and/or hands-on experience required. Prior experience with power tools or industrial cleaning equipment is preferred. Background in facility maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing is strongly desired.
