Maintenance Assistant:

1. Perform general maintenance duties, such as: fixing wall covers, floor covers and some furniture and fixtures; light plumbing work, minor electrical repair and appliance repairs. 2. Receive service requests and response in a timely manner. 3. Perform painting and refurbishing projects, as directed by supervisor. 4. Perform routine preventive maintenance, as directed by supervisor. 5. Perform minor building and equipment repairs. 6. Complete all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: 1. The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language 2. Good communication skills (oral and written) 3. Good inter-department communication and teamwork skills 4. Capable of administering employee incentive, retention and training programs 5. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products

Wage:
