Job Description

Maintenance Applicant must be able to perform various property-related maintenance tasks such as: Lifting up to 50 pounds landscaping pool & spa sanitation minor carpentry snow removal Compensation will be based on skill level, previous maintenance experience, and performance. Vacation and 401K plan available.

Qualifications include:

Ability to perform manual labor such as raking, lawn mowing, weeding, minor tree trimming, and similar Winter duties include snow removal Handyman skills are a plus

Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
