Job Summary
OverviewWhy Air Methods?
At Air Methods, we help make lifesaving air medical missions possible by supporting the people, aircraft, and operations behind every flight.
As a Remote Maintenance Receiving Specialist, you'll support our Logistics and Maintenance teams by ensuring aircraft parts and materials are accurately received and processed. You'll also provide critical support during Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events, helping keep our aircraft and operations moving.
Pay
Salary Range:
$27.49 - $33.68 HourlyActual compensation is based on relevant experience, education, and overall qualifications. This position is also eligible for Air Methods' comprehensive employee benefits package.
Responsibilities
Daily audit of Maintenance Packing slip database. Completing open receipt actions ensure accuracy of component paperwork, in the AMIS document accuracy of part numbers and serial numbers, last maintenance actions.
Ensure that recorded maintenance on part/component is entered into the computer maintenance tracking system
Ensure maintenance program TBO/SLL and/or inspections are inherited and forecasting
Ensure part is moved to appropriate warehouse
Receive all engine and major components into the computerized maintenance tracking system. Modify component builds in AMIS based on repair and overhaul certification/documentation. Determine component calculations to include engine and airframe formulas.
Audit weekly COUPA delinquent receipts. Work with mechanics to receive parts in that are past 2 weeks of physical receipt.
Asset tracking and updating in RAMCO.
Provide receiving support for the maintenance organization for AOG events occurring during non-traditional business hours
Other Duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to three years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous aviation or system receiving experience required
Familiar with the industry General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) & Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding
Skills
Familiar with the industry General Maintenance Manuals, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) & Air Transport Association (ATA) Coding
Working knowledge of aviation parts to include maintenance programs and configurations
Working knowledge of airworthiness documentation requirements (8130, JAA, EASA)
Ability to make simple mathematical calculations
Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of collaboration at all levels
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
A&P License is preferred
Minimum payUSD $27.49/Hr.
Maximum PayUSD $33.68/Hr.
