Seals & Stripes Asphalt Co., a Monument based asphalt company, is hiring for a seal coating crew laborer. No experience necessary, but preferred. Some experience in construction or manual labor would be a plus. Seals & Stripes Asphalt Co. is a professional seal coating, crack sealing and pavement maintenance and repair company. Our company is dedicated to quality, professional results and the highest standards of customer satisfaction. We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our team. This is a seasonal position that will end sometime in November as weather permits. This is a team lead position with possible future advancement. This position is open to a variety of individuals who are willing to work either full time/part time and M-F, Weekends, or both. Days off depend on work load, but most importantly, weather conditions. Typical normal business hours

• some late evenings and rarely night-time maintenance tasks for commercial locations.

Must be reliable, punctual, show up on time and ready to work. A positive attitude with respect for our customers is vital. Good character, and a solid work ethic, good customer service, excellent customer satisfaction and striving for quality is a must. • Good English verbal and written/reading communication skills.
• Must possess a valid drivers license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation to come to work.
• Must possess the ability to pass a drug and/or alcohol test and criminal background check.
• No serious felony or misdemeanor convictions.
• Excellent customer service skills with a good attitude.
• Clean, neat appearance that represents a quality image for our company.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and up to 100lbs with help if needed.
• Handle an array of power equipment.
• Must be able to stand and work in a demanding environment in the sun and warm/hot weather.
• Must be able to perform manual labor, including but not limited to: lifting, sweeping, scrubbing, etc.
• Minor mechanical ability to replace or perform minor maintenance tasks on equipment in the field.
• Follow company standards of quality, neat professional results.
• May be required to train new employees in the future.
• Be sharp and able to maintain the highest safety standards possible.
• Be a team player.
