We manage over 220 Condominium Associations and Rental Properties throughout the State of Connecticut in addition to administering the Housing Choice Voucher program for numerous housing authorities including the City of Hartford. As a Maintenance Specialist at Imagineers, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring that our communities are safe and well-maintained. You will complete repairs, preventative maintenance and work orders while enjoying the freedom of working independently and prioritizing and managing your workload. Responsibilities:

Perform general exterior maintenance and repair tasks for residential properties, including but not limited to simple plumbingelectrical, and carpentry. Inspect properties regularly to identify maintenance needs and proactively address issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions Communicate effectively with property managers, homeowners, and other team members to provide updates and clarify project requirements Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion Maintain accurate records of completed work and report on project progress utilizing our electronic maintenance software Recommend cost-effective solutions and improvements for property maintenance and upkeep Order materials and replace damaged parts of the property Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all established safety practices and protocols Rotating emergency on call with a stipend and double pay for dispatch Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience in performing general maintenance and repair tasks, including simple plumbingelectrical, and carpentry.
