We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Experience in clay tennis court maintenance or the willingness to learn how to properly maintain clay courts. Proficient with computer technology and standard software programs including work order placement and tracking, spreadsheet, and word processing Experience with pool maintenance or the willingness to learn how to properly maintain pool. Excellent oral and written communication Ability to interact professionally with all departments, outside contractors. Will present him/herself as a professional. Able to handle multiple tasks and at times in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. From time to time, this job involves manual labor including power washing, digging, lifting, climbing, hauling, taking out trash, and other tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a level of physical fitness enabling him or her to lift up to 100 lbs. Healthcare Benefits
