Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RV Park Maintenance Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the park's grounds and facilities. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming environment for our guests and a well-functioning operation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, engage in hands-on maintenance tasks, and contribute to a positive guest experience through diligent groundskeeping and equipment care. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the RV park. Mow, trim, edge, and maintain landscaped areas. Assist with plumbing, electrical, and minor carpentry repairs. Prepare RV sites for incoming guests. Maintain park roads, common areas, and recreational facilities. Empty trash receptacles and keep the grounds clean. Assist with seasonal projects and storm cleanup. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management. Operate maintenance equipment and tools safely. Help ensure the park remains clean, attractive, and safe at all times. Qualifications General maintenance or handyman experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Experience operating lawn care equipment and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Friendly, professional attitude with excellent customer service skills. Ability to pass a background check. Requirements Proven experience with, landscape maintenance and groundskeeping preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, chainsaws, and grounds maintenance equipment safely Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or similar transportation equipment Strong attention to safety protocols related to power tool use and equipment maintenance Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in groundskeeping and landscaping tasks Join us in creating a vibrant outdoor environment that guests love!
