Casual work attire Growth opportunities Safe work environment Responsibilities Provide full-service maintenance services for a large condominium community under the direction of the Association Manager and Board of Directors Completion of maintenance duties including assistance with weekly inspections of all buildings, grounds, and common areas of the property Repair and maintenance of interior and exterior common areas within buildings and grounds, including equipment Timely completion of work orders, with weekly update to management Maintenance of appropriate inventory and materials needed to complete duties, report inventory needs to Management Provide accurate record keeping of preventative maintenance and pool maintenance Perform other maintenance tasks or additional duties as requested by Board of Directors or Management Friendly and Respectful interaction with all residents and guests in the community Notify Management of repairs that require an outside contractor Scheduled hours Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:00pm, with flexibility for emergencies after hours

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
