Job Description

Perfect for someone who has worked in the building maintenance business or adjacent industries. Large residential property management company looking for assistant in its Property Services (Maintenance) Dept. All actual maintenance is handled by 3rd party vendors, so managing workflows and evaluating properties for action items is critical.
