Job Description

Assist maintenance director with daily operations of plant management. Assist with maintaining overall building repairs and maintenance as well as floor care including stripping, buffing etc. Work in conjunction with other departments. Assist with maintaining compliance records, meeting state and federal guidelines. Expertise in various areas of maintenance including, but not limited to, repairs, painting, plumbing, floor maintenance, small equipment repair and replacement. Communicating with corporate overseer for building needs and receipt thereof. Assist with maintenance of specialized drinking and waste water system. Must be diligent and cost effective when repairs are made with ability to make repairs to equipment and machinery as able. Attendance in department management meetings daily. Participation in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement monthly and quarterly.
