Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, pressure washing, landscape maintenance, fencing, carpentry work, and repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues
- Perform regular routine maintenance on equipment.
- Supervise and coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities Qualifications
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with team members and vendors
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Knowledge of farm equipment and safety
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
- Ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks effectively
- Prior experience with tractors and farm equipment
