The Painter II is responsible for performing interior and exterior painting, corrosion control, surface preparation, and general maintenance repairs throughout the property. This role maintains painting supplies and equipment, conducts routine inspections, responds to maintenance needs, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Perform interior and exterior painting projects, including preparation, application, and finishing work. Conduct corrosion control and preventative maintenance on building structures and equipment. Complete repairs and surface preparation such as drywall, stucco, concrete restoration, and basic carpentry work. Inspect assigned areas daily and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues. Order, receive, stock, and distribute painting and maintenance supplies. Maintain inventory records and complete monthly inventory counts. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in safe working condition. Assist Engineering team members with priority-one and emergency maintenance situations. Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting project deadlines. Follow all company safety policies and procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned.
