Job Description

Maintenance Specialist (Blackhawk County) $26-28/hr. Valid driver's license required. (CDL Preferred or Willing to obtain) 2 years of maintenance experience required General knowledge and background in troubleshooting and repairing of Various trades. Common Construction Plumbing Electrical Vehicle Maintenance Ability to interact professionally with individuals, staff, inspectors, vendors and the public. Ability to deal with emergency situations while still keeping a safe work area and ensuring safety equipment is operational. Physical/Mental Requirements Must pass a background check for criminal history. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening. Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the job verified through a physical upon hire and every four years thereafter with a TB test prior to hire. Must pass a lift test. #hc167389
