We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a positive impact every day. Position We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Thursday Starting Pay:
$15.00 per hour Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Complete preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of the facility. Maintain the grounds by mowing, trimming, watering, weeding, and seasonal landscaping. Assist with snow removal, ice management, and outdoor maintenance as needed. Inspect the facility for maintenance or safety concerns and report issues promptly. Set up and move furniture or equipment for resident activities and events. Ensure tools, maintenance equipment, and storage areas remain clean, organized, and safe. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Assist with renovation projects and improvements as needed. Qualifications General maintenance, handyman, landscaping, or construction experience is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical repairs is a plus. Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Must successfully pass a background check in accordance with Idaho Department of Health and Welfare regulations.
