• Responsible for janitorial work such as shampooing carpets, taking out trash and groundskeeping/landscaping.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Follow maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Requirements
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience working with programmable lock systems.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management and tracking is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
