Part-time Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Facilities/Maintenance Person to join our team. The Facilities/Maintenance Person will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities. This role requires a base line understanding of building mechanics, and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

• ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct/troubleshoot electrical/carpentry/plumbing issues.
• Ensure a safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform minor facilities tasks as needed for repairs.
• Execute facility carpentry/painting projects to upkeep the appearance of our facilities.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in day to day maintenance activities.
• Base knowledge of electrical /plumbing/carpentry repairs.
