Job Description
The Town of Kennebunkport, Maine, is seeking a full-time experienced professional to fill the position of Building and Grounds Maintenance Assistant for the Public Works Department. The Town of Kennebunkport is a coastal Maine community in York County with a commitment to quality of life and the environment. We are looking for a team-oriented person to work under the direction of the Operations Manager or their designee to perform semi-skilled labor maintaining the Town's facilities using a variety of equipment. This position will be responsible for weekly maintenance work at and around all Town facilities, coordinating outside contractors and vendors for services needed for facilities' improvements, and keeping detailed logs of tasks performed. This position is hourly, non-FLSA Exempt, and reports to the Operations Manager.
