This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your gardening expertise in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Perform defoliating on crops following our company standards. Be able to perform standard cleaning and sanitation methods. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist with cultivation tasks such as planting, transplanting, watering, and harvesting crops. Skills Proven experience within indoor grow environments. Strong communication skills, including competency in following directions from upper management. Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time, and safely lift up to 50 lbs. Familiarity with crop maintenance from planting to harvest. Ability to work in team settings.
