Job Description

Job Overview Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? we're looking for a dedicated Apartment Maintenance/Grounds specialist to help us create a welcoming environment for our residents and guests. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Keep the grounds clean, landscaped and well-maintained. Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Assist in inspections to ensure property standards are met. Qualifications

2+ years experience in maintenance or related field
strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
ability to work independently and as part of a team
basic tools and a valid driver's license.
