Montague, MI, $18+ per hour, 1st Shift Job Summary Are you reliable, hands-on, and ready to learn a new skill We're seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Montague, MI. In this role, you'll support maintenance operations while assisting with production tasks, product support, and development projects. What You'll Be Doing As a Maintenance Assistant, your core responsibilities will include: Assisting the maintenance technician with daily maintenance tasks and projects Helping prepare materials and work areas for production Supporting product production and development processes Using basic hand tools safely and accurately Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe In addition, you will also be expected to follow instructions, learn new tasks, and assist with other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

No prior experience required; training will be provided Willingness to learn maintenance, production, and basic tool-use tasks Ability to work on 1st shift Ability to follow directions and work safely in a production environment
