Shift:
6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturday overtime) Benefits of the maintenance assistant: 100% company-paid health insurance premium Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Short-Term Disability insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Paid on-the-job technical training and continuous career advancement Family-owned, supportive, and employee-focused work culture Duties of the maintenance assistant: Assist senior mechanics with troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Execute routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime Help with new machinery installations, equipment upgrades, and facility improvements Collaborate with production operators to quickly diagnose and resolve machinery issues Requirements of the maintenance assistant: Minimum 1+ year of mechanical maintenance experience or formal trade school education in industrial technology Hands-on familiarity with basic hand tools, power tools, and mechanical troubleshooting MIG welding experience or fabrication knowledge is a plus Ability to wear steel-toed safety boots on the production floor Physical capability to lift, bend, reach, and work actively throughout the shift Additional information: Apply today!
