Position Title:

On Site Construction & Maintenance Position Position Reports to:

Facilities Manager General Purpose:

This position is primarily responsible for maintenance of the manufacturing site and buildings under the direction of the Facilities Manager. The role will perform a wide range of tasks including construction, operation of equipment, and maintenance of facilities.

Essential Duties:

• Construction Knowledge and Experience
• Able to Operate various machinery and heavy equipment.
• Able to communicate via print and verbally with others
• Follow instructions and implement constructions plans
• Maintenance of Manufacturing Systems
• Perform Troubleshooting of Equipment
• Perform Buildings and Grounds maintenance/up-keep as needed.
• General Plumbing & Electrical Maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be able to understand production related issues and be able to proactively address these issues.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all plant area processes.
• Accurately read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Math Skills
• Mechanical Skills
• Able to list 50lbs
• Ability to read blueprints
• Forklift certified
