Position Title:

On Site Construction & Maintenance Position Position Reports to:

Facilities Manager General Purpose:

This position is primarily responsible for maintenance of the manufacturing site and buildings under the direction of the Facilities Manager. The role will perform a wide range of tasks including construction, operation of equipment, and maintenance of facilities.

Essential Duties:

Construction Knowledge and Experience
Able to Operate various machinery and heavy equipment.
Able to communicate via print and verbally with others
Follow instructions and implement constructions plans
Maintenance of Manufacturing Systems
Perform Troubleshooting of Equipment
Perform Buildings and Grounds maintenance/up-keep as needed.
General Plumbing & Electrical Maintenance
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be able to understand production related issues and be able to proactively address these issues.
Maintain a working knowledge of all plant area processes.
Accurately read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
Math Skills
Mechanical Skills
Able to list 50lbs
Ability to read blueprints
Forklift certified
