I.R.A.Y Auction is looking to hire a motivated individual to help maintain our lot before, during, and after the auction! The business operating hours are 8-4:30 Monday through Friday. This position is 20-30 hours a week within those operating hours, days and hours may vary.

Requirements:

Willing to learn how to operate a skid steer, forklift, and drive semi/manual transmission vehicles, General knowledge about engines and machinery, General mechanical background/skills (light duty) Flexibility with scheduling and ability to work increased hours during auction months. Duties include (but are not limited to): Loading and unloading customer equipment with skid steer or forklift Driving machinery, semi trucks, moving trailers Lining up equipment, large and small, for auction preparation Lot & shop cleanup, landscaping, snow removal, and renovation as needed Ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges We are looking for someone who: Is good at prioritizing their work Has good time management skills Motivated with a good work ethic Willingness to take on new tasks and challenges Is good with customers If you are interested in the position and this opportunity looks like a good fit for you, please email your resume or you can give us a call at 320-968-7230 or stop right into our office for an on-site interview!
