We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our professional management team in Sartell, MN. This full time Maintenance Worker must be highly organized, detailed, ability to multi task, have positive attitude and work well with our management team. This Maintenance Worker would be part of our maintenance team in completing property maintenance, rental home repairs, snowplowing and landscaping duties as directed plus other duties. The ideal candidate would have good carpentry skills, basic mechanical and ability to problem solve. Manufactured housing knowledge a plus. Responsibilities Handle service requests for repairs and improvements of rental properties Perform various maintenance duties to maintain and enhance property Perform landscaping duties as directed Assist in monitoring of maintenance inventory or supplies Assist in performing street maintenance ( ie pot hole repair, snow plowing, etc ) Perform cleaning activities as directed Perform remodeling and repairs as directed Collaborate with Maintenance team and vendors as necessary Report to Community Manager Skills Experience in Maintenance duties Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical systems Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read community infrastructure maps Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent minimum Valid Driver License with good driving record and auto insurance Drug testing required

Monday to Friday On call some weekends Snowplowing requirements
