Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists in the interior and exterior janitorial needs, building maintenance, and ground keeping assignments. Assists in moving furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required. Assists with the planting, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting of flowers, shrubs, trees, and bushes etc.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

Knowledge of methods, tools, materials and equipment used in grounds and maintenance work. Knowledge of methods and techniques of mowing, edging, pruning and trimming. Ability to properly use of cleaning products and equipment Capable of following verbal and written instructions Ability to read and understand labels and directions

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High school graduate or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
